Ten tools that don’t talk. Or one built around how you scope, design, and deliver.

A custom internal system for mid-market engineering firms, built around how you actually scope, design, review, and deliver. AI handles the work that costs you when it slips: RFIs, addenda, the deliverables, the drawing sets, the QA/QC. One system, from scope to delivery.

Where the AI lives

The costly errors slip in at review. So that’s where we put the AI

A missed conflict gets built, and the change order lands on you. So the AI sits at review: cross-checking the drawing set against the spec and the calcs line by line, marking what changed across each addendum, catching the discrepancy before it is issued. Then it carries the same package through to delivery. One thread, from scope to deliverable.

What it takes off the team

Give your reviewer their week back

Stated as the standard we build to.

  • Cross-checks the drawing set against the spec, the calcs, and the prior revision, and flags the conflicts for an engineer to clear.
  • Reads each addendum, marks what changed, and updates the affected sheets before issue.
  • Routes RFIs to the right discipline, chases the open ones, and logs every response against the drawing.
  • Assembles the deliverable package as the project runs: the drawing sets, the calcs, the markups, filed instead of chased at the deadline.
  • Keeps the issue log current, so every sheet revision and status is one place the team can read.

Questions operators ask

Built for how an engineering firm actually runs

Does it work with the CAD and document tools we already run?

Yes. We build around your stack: the CAD and BIM tools, the document control system, the project and deliverables tracker. The system connects them so a change moves from design to review to issue without re-keying. We fit the tool to the business, not the other way around.

Our drawings and calcs are confidential. How are they kept safe?

Every request runs through one secure gateway, governed and audited, with the AI providers contractually kept from training on your data. Private deployment is available, so the drawing sets and the calcs stay inside your walls and the record of who touched what is kept.

Who is accountable when the AI flags a conflict?

Your engineer of record. The AI drafts and flags; a person stamps. Every change is logged, so the set you issue is one your team reviewed and can defend in a QA audit.

What do we own when the engagement ends?

You own the custom build outright: the code, the models, and the data, in a repo you control, and you can run it in-house. The monthly licence is what keeps it current and improving.
