Ten tools that don’t talk. Or one built around how you design, build, and race.
A custom internal system for race programs and shops, built around how you actually design, build, test, and race. AI handles the work that costs you when it slips: the build sheet, the setup sheet, the telemetry, the run plan, the debrief, the parts. One system, from the shop to the pit wall.
Tell us what's slowWhere the AI lives
The race is won in the data between sessions. So that’s where we put the AI
The lap time hides in the runs you already did. So the AI sits with the data: pulling the telemetry into the run plan, flagging what changed between sessions, building the debrief while the car is still on track. Then it carries the same program back through the build and the next test. One thread, from design to debrief.

What it takes off the team
Give your engineers their night back
Stated as the standard we build to.
- Pulls the telemetry into the run plan after each session and flags what moved, so the engineers read trends instead of building the sheet.
- Cross-checks the setup sheet against the build sheet and the regs before the car rolls out.
- Drafts the debrief as the session runs: the changes, the times, the driver notes, collected instead of reassembled at midnight.
- Tracks every part through build and rebuild, and says what is short before it holds up the car.
- Keeps the program log current: who ran what, on which spec, with what result, ready for the next event.
Questions operators ask
Built for how a race program actually runs
Does it work with the data and design tools we already run?
Yes. We build around your stack: the telemetry and data systems, the CAD and PLM, the build and inventory tools. The system connects them so a change moves from the shop to the setup sheet to the debrief without re-keying. We fit the tool to the business, not the other way around.
Our setup and telemetry data is our edge. How is it kept safe?
Every request runs through one secure gateway, governed and audited, with the AI providers contractually kept from training on your data. Private deployment is available, so the telemetry and the setups stay inside your walls and the record of who touched what is kept.
Who is accountable when the AI flags a setup?
Your race engineer. The AI drafts and flags; a person decides. Every change is logged, so the call you take to the grid is one your team made and can defend in the debrief.
What do we own when the engagement ends?
You own the custom build outright: the code, the models, and the data, in a repo you control, and you can run it in-house. The monthly licence is what keeps it current and improving.
