The challenge
A high-volume outreach team had its work scattered across disconnected tools. Reps bounced between a dialer, a CRM, and a texting app, losing context on every switch. Meanwhile leadership had no real-time view of the money: revenue, subscriptions, churn, and weekly performance lived in spreadsheets that were always a step behind.
