The challenge

A high-volume outreach team had its work scattered across disconnected tools. Reps bounced between a dialer, a CRM, and a texting app, losing context on every switch. Meanwhile leadership had no real-time view of the money: revenue, subscriptions, churn, and weekly performance lived in spreadsheets that were always a step behind. Sales activity and financial outcome were never in the same place, so nobody could connect what the team did to what it earned.

How we solved it

We built one console spanning the work from the first dial to the bottom line, so reps and owners work from one source of truth. The system runs across four connected screens.
